Refund policy


We offer a 3-day size exchange window. You have 3 calendar days from the date your order is marked delivered by the carrier to request a size exchange.

Due to the limited nature of our inventory and small-batch production model, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

Exchanges are available for U.S. continental orders only and only for items that remain in stock at the time your exchange is approved.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be returned in the same condition they were received — unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

To request an exchange, please email stella@sampsonsupplyco.com within the 3-day window. Include your order number, the size received, and the size you would like instead.

If your exchange is approved, you will receive next steps along with a prepaid return label. All approved exchanges are subject to a $12 exchange shipping fee to help cover shipping costs both ways.

Once a return label has been issued, the item must be dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 7 days. Items not scanned within this timeframe may no longer be eligible for exchange.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.
